Monster Energy Bites

These delightful monster energy bites are simple to make, full of energy-producing ingredients and will be enjoyed by the whole family! We like them to get through those long wrestling tournaments or just a quick healthier snack.

Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats organic, if possible
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup mini M&M's
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • 1. Begin by plaching parchment paper into a pan.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla and sea salt. This should make a nice smoothe mixture.
  • 3. Add in the old fashioned oats, ground flaxseed, M&M's and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
  • 4. Using a cookie scoop, spoon or your hands, roll into balls and place on the parchment lined pan.
  • 5. Place in the refrigerator 20 minutes or until chilled. Then, when firm, put in an airtight container to enjoy later!
