Monster Energy Bites
These delightful monster energy bites are simple to make, full of energy-producing ingredients and will be enjoyed by the whole family! We like them to get through those long wrestling tournaments or just a quick healthier snack.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats organic, if possible
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup mini M&M's
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
1. Begin by plaching parchment paper into a pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla and sea salt. This should make a nice smoothe mixture.
3. Add in the old fashioned oats, ground flaxseed, M&M's and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
4. Using a cookie scoop, spoon or your hands, roll into balls and place on the parchment lined pan.
5. Place in the refrigerator 20 minutes or until chilled. Then, when firm, put in an airtight container to enjoy later!
