Meatballs
In a large bowl, add crushed crackers. Pour half and half and beated egg over top. Stir to mix.
Add in ground beef, onion, sea salt, chili pepper and ground pepper. Mix well.
Using the meat, form into 1.5-2 inch balls
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes until browned.
BBQ Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar and finely chopped onion.
Cook on medium heat until smooth.
Once the meatballs have browned, remove from oven.
Pour BBQ Sauce over the top.
Place back in oven and bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes. Meatballs are done when heated through and the sauce is thick and bubbling.
