First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add in ground beef, rice, eggs, onion, garlic, italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Mix well (I choose to use my hands to mix ingredients).
Once the meat mixture is mixed well, form into 1 1/2" meatballs. Place into a 9x13 baking dish. This one is my favorite baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine tomato sauce, broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and brown sugar. Mix well. Pour over the meatballs in the baking dish.
Cover tightly with tin foil and bake for 1 hour. After an hour, check the rice to make sure it is fully cooked. If not, place it back into the oven for 10-15 minutes.
