Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups broccoli chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower chopped
  • 1 package of bacon about 10-12 strips, cooked and chopped
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 Tbsp sour cream
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Chop up 5 cups of broccoli and two cups of cauliflower. I like to make sure these are in bite sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  • Cook one package of bacon. Once cooled, chop into small pieces and place in the bowl of broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Next, add in the sunflower seeds and chopped red onion. Mix well.
  • For the dressing, add mayo and sour cream to a smaller bowl. Add in a pinch of salt and pepper. Then, add in apple cider vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
  • Next, pour the dressing over the top of the broccoli and cauliflower mix. Stir well.
  • Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy.
