This meal can be made fast for weeknights, or can be put in the slow cooker to let simmer all day for a wonderful warm meal, especially on cold days!

If you are making it the fast way, use a large soup pot to brown the meat and add the ingredients. If you are using a slow cooker, just brown the meat in a skillet and then transfer to the warmed slow cooker.

How do you Make Delicious No-Bean Chili?

Begin by adding 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pot or skillet. Once that is warm, add the onion and cook for three minutes or so, until begins to soften.

Then, add the ground beef and using a spatula or other tool, break up into small pieces. Brown until all the pink is gone from the meat.

If you are using a slow cooker, place broth, tomatoes, celery and tomato sauce into the cooker and add in the spices. Stir until combined.

Then add the meat. Set the slow cooker on low and let simmer all afternoon.

If you are using a large soup pot, once the meat is browned, add the spices and stir to combine. Then, add the broth, tomatoes, celery and tomato sauce.

Allow the ingredients to come to a boil and then lower to medium and let simmer uncovered for 25 minutes.
